All von Essen gift vouchers feature unique reference ID codes, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and are non-transferable.
The voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary. No photocopies will be accepted. We are unable to email gift vouchers as PDFs or in any other format.
Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null & void. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
